Human Family Principles

1. The human family now has seven thousand million equal members. We are all relatives of each other.

2. Within the human family of equal members, we do not have one mother or one father to decide for us who should do what. When one of us thinks that she is our mother or he is our father, we tell them that they are not.

3. We care about all members of the human family as they are our equal brothers and sisters. We do not believe that some brothers and sisters are more important in the family than others.

4. We want the human family to live in peace with nature and not to destroy nature and this family. We will do what it takes to get nature back as our friend for life.

5. There are better ways to stop quarrelling among human family members than killing each other. Peace making is one of the best and smartest things we do for the family.

6. All members of the human family should and could have enough to eat and drink. We will make poverty history, together.

7. We will hold a human family council where we can decide about the most important things that are urgent for the family. All seven thousand million family members will have an equal say and will have equally important tasks to do, once we decided together who should do what.
