Real Time Leadership

The Intercivil Society adopts the real time leadership concept in its operations, to enable the best talent of the moment to lead. It means that the Society will not have an elected or appointed leader for a set period of time. It is a company of people who follow that one or those of them who is or are at any given time offering the best thoughts and doable action as recognized by the other members. While de facto leadership will always remain with the real time leader(s) of the moment, formal executive management structures make the Society conform to the legal requirements of the place of registration and operations. Securing sound financial management and cash flow on a not-for-profit basis is the responsibility of the executive management.
